Welcome to Church Walk Surgery

The practice surgery hours are currently 8.30am – 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8.30am – 12.00noon on Wednesday.  Access can be made by telephone at any time during these hours.  At other times essential administrative work is undertaken to ensure the smooth running of surgeries, dealing with hospital results and letters and dealing with any medical problems which have arisen.

PATIENTS REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR WILL REQUIRE A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION WITH THE DOCTOR FIRST.

PATIENTS PRESENTING FOR THE PRACTICE NURSE/PHARMACIST MUST HAVE A PRE-ARRANGED APPOINTMENT.   

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY WITHOUT PHONING FIRST.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS CAN BE ORDERED:
