From the beginning of December 2025 we will be upgrading our computer system.
As a result of this upgrade there will be changes to our practice systems and we kindly ask that you co-operate with us while we navigate through these changes. The process will begin by our computers going off on Thursday 27th November and we will not have access to our computer system until after 2nd December. From 27th November to 5th December we will be dealing with Emergency calls only.
Please ensure you have enough repeat medication over this period.
Patients who normally order repeat medication online will not have access during this time and will need to re-register when we are live with our new system.
Further updates will be provided via our website and posters within the surgery as and required.
