The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery.

Holiday cancellation insurance form £15 – £120/hr depending on time taken to complete.

Hepatitis B Vaccination – For students who require this vaccine prior to commencing a medical degree please contact the occupational health department of the university you plan to attend. (Examples would include:- Medical/Nursing/OT/Physiotherapy)
Travel Clinic – There is a £15 charge for non-nhs travel vaccines.
